Back by popular demand, we have Picnic Parking back at Thoresby 2026. This year Picnic Parking will only be available to purchase on Saturday 4th April, and will offer you prime course views of our International 4* competition. 

Picnic Parking includes: 

– Admission for all occupants in the car 

– Admission for one vehicle 

– Prime XC Side Viewing 

– Close Proximity to the main showground 

Additional Upgrades:

– 3m x 3m Marquee to be erected in your pitch. Perfect for a base for the whole family for the day, and have shelter if April showers do appear, without limiting you to be in your car 

– Picnic Hamper for the whole family! Why not make the day easier for all, and order your picnic to be delivered to your pitch?

Picnic Parking is a great way to be in the heart of the action, whilst having a base for everyone. You can invite your whole family to enjoy the day with you, and feast on a delicious Thoresby Hamper, while watching the World’s Best at the tip of your fingers! 

Picnic Parking Bookings close on Sunday 22nd March at midnight.

T&C’s:

– All vehicles need to be onsite by 9am on Saturday morning, and egress will not be until around 4.30pm. As access to your pitch will cross the cross country course, and main public walkways.

– Picnic’s need to be booked in advance, and please ensure you include any dietary requirements in your booking 

– Companies and businesses are encouraged to book this option, and can have limited feather flags and branding surrounding your pitch, as a great way to promote your brand across the site. Please contact georgie@bedeltd.co.uk for more details.   

– BBQ’s and Fires are not allowed within your pitch.
