owners pavilion 

 

The Owners Pavilion will be opened throughout the Event, and will be situated on the lawns of Thoresby alongside the main arena, close to the scoreboards and Event Office.

This Pavilion offers the perfect place to relax with fellow owners and riders, whilst offering complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits all day. Alongside this there is a full restaurant offering high quality catering options – from a full luncheon to a quick snack and drink.

Each British Eventing registered owner will receive a complimentary car pass, along with two tickets to the Owners Pavilion.

Within the Owners Pavilion you will find:

– Relaxing area with a range of soft seating and tables

– Access to our BRAND NEW WiFi hot spot

– Complimentary Event Programme

– Dedicated pay bar

– Dedicated Restaurant serving breakfast, light lunches and afternoon tea (available for purchasing on the day)

– Complimentary tea & coffee throughout the day

– Garden overlooking the Main Arena

– Notice board with key information, course maps and running orders

We do allow dogs to be within the Member’s Enclosure, however we ask you ensure they are on leads at all times and you clear up after them.

To help to improve our green credentials, we are no longer offering single use cups for complimentary tea and coffee, you can either bring your own reusable mug, purchase a reusable mug from our catering team or you can put a deposit down on a china mug, which you can get back when you return it.

Please note use of the Members toilets are situated within the enclosure

Ticketing and admission 

 

At BEDE Events we are always looking at how we can improve our Owners Experience on event and in the build up. We have tried and tested many different options. Previously you have been able to access the event via your British Eventing QR Code, unfortunately this is no longer an option.

This year, all British Eventing registered owners will receive a complimentary, single use, car pass. This will be emailed directly to you, to the email address, registered with British Eventing. This car pass will  allow one vehicle and all occupants access to the event. To help us ensure this gets to you, please ensure you have admin@ticketsrv.co.uk email address saved in your contacts. This will help the email arrive in your inbox – not get spammed out. We will be sending out Owners Tickets by Friday 22nd March – if you have not received your ticket by then, then please email tickets@bedeltd.co.uk and we can follow this up for you.

When you arrive on site on your first day, please head to the Event Office, to collect your Owners Pack, which will include a Car Pass for admission for the rest of your trip, 2 Owners Badges for the Owners Pavilion and a welcome letter, outlining information about the weekend.

Syndicate Owners 

Syndicate Ownership of horses is become a more common across the sport of eventing and at BEDE Events we are committed to ensuring you are able to access many of the benefits that Owners receive when you come to a BEDE Event. As per the International rules, each Syndicate will receive 3 complimentary car passes for the event. 

For additional syndicate members wanting to join us at The Eventing Spring Carnival, we do charge a £15 fee for any additional passes above the 3 complimentary passes. Currently the British Eventing System will only allow Organisers access to the primary syndicate members details. So to ensure we get your passes to you, please ensure 1 member of the syndicate fills in the below form, to get the passes sent to you. This is required for all syndicate members. If you require over the 3 passes then we will need to ring you to take payment for the additional passes before we can send them.

All passes will be sent out by Monday 25th March 2024, any ticket requests which come in after this date, cannot be guaranteed to be sent out prior to the event. Again these tickets are a single use car pass – you will be required to collect an Owners Pack from the Event Office to get in on following days. 

  

CAMPING 

This year we are excited to be able to offer camping back at Thoresby. All camping will be situated in the centre of the show ground.

All camping is NON HOOK UP, to enable us to keep the cost down for you.

All owners are able to have a complimentary camping pitch, when booking please use the code OWN10024 in the Promotion Code box at the Check Out. 

Camping will need to be booked by Sunday 17th March 2024, after this date we cannot guarantee pitch space. 

ALLSTAR B Enclosure

Why not treat yourself, family and friends to the VIP experience at The Eventing Spring Carnival 2024. Once again we are excited to be opening the Allstar B Enclosure on Friday 29th & Saturday 30th March, for the all inclusive experience. 

The Allstar B Enclosure offers unrivaled views of both the Cross Country Course and Main Arena. Within the Allstar B you can enjoy a light breakfast, buffet lunch and afternoon tea in a relaxed and comfortable setting. 

You will be welcomed by our dedicate host, who will ensure all your needs are met across the day. Complimentary hot and cold drinks are available throughout the day, with a private British Polo Gin Bar. 

Each day you will have a variety of speakers to enjoy listening to, being able to offer their insight into the sport or hearing their journeys.  

Easter Lunch and afternoon tea

This year The Eventing Spring Carnival is running over Easter Weekend, and we are going to help take the stress out of hosting!

For 1 Year Only – we are hosting Easter at Thoresby on Sunday 31st March for Easter Lunch and Afternoon Tea. This is the perfect opportunity to treat your family and friends to a great day out, with exciting sport and entertainment, and a delicious Easter Lunch or Afternoon Tea.

Mrs B’s Catering Team will be offering delicious catering across the day for you to be able to relax and enjoy Easter without having to worry about the washing up!

Any bookings for 6 people or over will be given a dedicated table. 

  

Exclusive show jumping course walk

Have you ever wondered how Show Jumping Courses are designed or what questions are being asked?

Now you can find out, at The Eventing Spring Carnival we are excited to be opening the world of Show Jumping Course Design to a select few. 

On Saturday 30th March, you will have the opportunity to join our Show Jumping Designer, Beau Wood, and one of our sports leading riders, to walk the Lycetts Grantham Cup track and hear why Beau has designed the course and how riders are planning on riding it. 

Alongside this fabulous insight you will be able to enjoy the walk with a glass of bubbles (or something soft) in hand. Spaces are strictly limited, so if you are keen make sure you get those tickets booked!
