Kids in the Courtyard is back and with more excitement than ever! We have a wide range of family fun activities which will be hosted in the Thoresby Courtyard, just on the edge of the XC Course. 

2026, will see the return of our facepainter, inflatable village and fairground stalls, in addition for this year will be Bumper Cars, and the Thoresby Soft Play area. 

Kids in the Courtyard offer a great space for your children to have a good run and enjoy the range of activities, away from the hustle and bustle of the main show ground, but with the added bonus of being able to watch the Cross Country from here. 

Alongside this area you will also find: 

– Thoresby Courtyard Cafe – with a range of hot and cold delicious treats

– Range of local and independant shops for you to explore 

– Tucks Brewery, who will be offering a range of tasty brews for you to enjoy 

– Thoresby Out Door Play Area
