Location & getting here

The Eventing Spring Carnival is located at Thoresby Park which is located 5miles north of Ollerton, Notts. Set in the heart of north Nottinghamshire, the site is overlooked by the stunning Thoresby Hall Hotel and the event site is spread throughout the beautiful Estate. The event is just a short drive from Nottingham, Lincoln, Mansfield, Worksop, Sheffield and surrounding areas.

The event is situated in the heart of the dukeries, with close links to Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and other surrounding counties. We have easy access from all major routes, including the A1, A57, M1 and A52.

Please follow event signage for entry into the correct entrance – however if you follow the postcode of NG22 9EP – until you pick yellow event signage.

Parking

Access to the event will be clearly signed from surrounding roads, please follow event signage to your relevant parking. Public Parking will be through the Green Gate and Members & Disabled Parking is through the Blue Gate. All parking is on-site for your convenience and all tickets bought prior to 28th February will receive a complimentary car pass.

Members Car Park will be a forward car park, situated within easy walking distance of the shopping village on the edge of the cross country course. Access through the Blue Gate

ALL Public Parking please follow event signage, parking will be on site. Access through the Green Gate

Disabled Car Park – all blue badge holders will have access to the disabled parking, which is adjacent to the Thoresby Court Yard. Please ensure you have a blue badge, as without this you will be unable to access the disabled car park. We recommend purchasing tickets prior to arrival via our box office, however you will be able to purchase tickets on the gate. Failure to produce your blue badge credentials will lead to needing to pay a full price gate ticket. Carers who enter the event in the same car as a disabled person will get in for FREE, however if you carer is coming in a separate vehicle then they will need to purchase a car parking ticket and admission ticket.
